Becky Streff

Becky Streff has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Becky currently holds the position of Vice President of People Operations at Holden Industries, Inc., where they provide executive leadership and is responsible for setting policies and implementing long-range talent management goals. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Organizational Excellence at ESP International, leading various core disciplines including Human Resources and Talent Development. Becky also held the role of Production Manager and Human Resources Manager during their tenure at ESP International. Before joining ESP International, Becky worked at Mount Mercy University as an Adjunct Faculty member, where they developed and delivered curriculum for a corporate finance management course. Becky spent a significant portion of their career at Rockwell Collins, progressing from a Senior Financial Analyst to Manager of Government Strategic Planning & Fiscal Initiatives. Becky started their career at McGladrey as a Professional Staff member and also worked as a Controller at Riverstone, Inc. and Consultant at Alliant Energy. Throughout their career, Becky has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, lean and continuous improvement, and human resources.

Becky Streff obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration at the University of Iowa, completing their studies between 2002 and 2006.
