Jay Schauer joined Holden in May 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. Jay has over twenty nine years of financial, banking, transaction, and risk management experience in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Holden Industries, he was the Executive Vice President for a $250 million division of a global footwear manufacturer, distributor, and retailer where he spent 19 years with increasing financial and operational responsibilities; most recently as the Chief Financial Officer. Jay holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
