Andrew Lim has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 when they were a Summer Analyst at Woori America Bank. In 2013, they held two internships, one as a Program Manager Intern at MBI Inc. and the other as a Litigation Legal Assistant Intern at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. In 2014, they took on two roles at Avero, as a Client Operations Executive and Sales Operations Manager. From 2011 to 2015, they were also involved in various roles at Dartmouth College, including President & Founder of Dartmouth Coffee Club, Executive Board Member of Council on Student Organizations, and Gallery Manager of Jaffe-Friede & Strauss Art Galleries. Finally, in 2017, they became Co-Founder of Holden.

Andrew Lim attended Glen Rock High School from 2006 to 2010, earning their high school diploma. Andrew then attended Dartmouth College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Government & Philosophy. During their time at Dartmouth, they also participated in a Philosophy Foreign Study Program at The University of Edinburgh in 2012.
