Alicia Dwyer is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and development management. Currently serving as the People & Development Manager at Holding Redlich since May 2021, Alicia previously held roles including Principal Advisor in Policy & Workplace Relations at RMIT University, and National Human Resource Manager at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, overseeing HR operations for numerous employees across multiple offices.
