His experience acting on behalf of both Claimants and Respondents, as well as training industry participants and adjudicators ensures that he and the entire Holding Redlich construction, infrastructure and projects team are across the tips, tricks and traps that exist in the legislation and always stay one step ahead.

Troy’s extensive industry experience ensures that the team’s advice will always be focused on the number one issue – the delivery and completion of a successful project whilst, at the same time ensuring your interests are fully protected. Troy also presents numerous training courses for industry bodies and in house for clients in relation to key risk and project delivery issues facing the industry as well as security of payment and best practice in contract administration. Troy has been conducting one day intensive training courses on the security of payment legislation for in excess of 13 years and is regularly requested to present on behalf of peak industry organisations such as the Civil Contractors Federation, Master Builders and Engineers Australia to their members on such topics.
