James Cosley

James Cosley has extensive work experience in engineering and operations management. James worked as the Director of Engineering at Reliance Worldwide Corporation since 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at HOLDRITE, where they led manufacturing and distribution operations, achieving significant revenue and EBITDA growth. James also worked as the Plant Manager at Spears Manufacturing Co, overseeing the integration of a new product line into the company. Additionally, James was the Managing Partner at Snapfence LLC, where they developed and brought a new product line to market. James began their career at King Brothers Industries (KBI) as a New Product Engineer and later held the position of Vice President of Engineering, leading research, development, and implementation of technologies and processes.

James Cosley attended the University of California, Davis from 1995 to 2000. James earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Science during their time at the university.
