Simon Bamford

Simon Bamford is an accomplished Chief Operations Officer at Holdson, with a rich history of leadership roles in quality management and operations across various prominent companies. Prior to joining Holdson in July 2025, Simon served as Director of Quality at Switch Mobility from May 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing quality in the UK and EU. Simon’s experience extends back to DENSO as Head of Quality and at Cummins Inc. in multiple capacities, including Plant Supply Chain Leader and Senior Operations Leader. With a strong background in process improvement and problem-solving, Simon is also recognized for expertise as a Six Sigma Black Belt and previous experience at Ericsson as a Process Improvement Technician. Simon holds a Master’s degree in quality management and business excellence from Sheffield Hallam University.
