Holdsport Limited is involved in the retail distribution of sports and outdoor related footwear, apparel and equipment throughout South Africa. The Company operates in four segments: Sportsmans Warehouse, which is the retailer of sports related footwear, apparel and equipment; Outdoor Warehouse, which is the retailer of outdoor related footwear, apparel and equipment; Performance Brands, which is engaged in design, manufacture, import and wholesale distribution of technical sports, and outdoor apparel and accessories, and Corporate. The Company has approximately 60 stores nationally and over two in Namibia. The Company's subsidiary, Performance Brands Proprietary Limited, is an importer, manufacturer and distributor of technical sports apparel and accessories.
