Willow Ann Sirch has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Willow Ann started their career in 1983 as a Manager of Special Projects at the Humane Society of the United States, where they developed educational programs and workshops for teachers. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Senior Writer at Youth Marketing International. Willow Ann then joined EFT Corporation as a Marketing Director from 1998 to 2001, where they developed strategic marketing plans for nonprofit clients. Willow then worked as a Grantwriter at Connecticut Fund for the Environment from 2001 to 2004, focusing on writing grant proposals and fundraising. Willow Ann subsequently took on the role of Director of Communications at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp from 2004 onwards, where they managed communications initiatives and significantly increased annual revenue. In 2013, they returned to Connecticut Fund for the Environment as a Writer, responsible for writing development-related materials.
