Holfin Insurance Reinsurance Broker S.A. has been established in 2006, as part of Piraeus Bank Group. Until October 2020, the company activated under the name of Piraeus Insurance Reinsurance Broker Romania S.A., being a dynamic player in the insurance brokerage market.

The company has been authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority through the Decision 114401 /2006 and it is registered in the Brokers Registry under no. RBK-368.
