Angus Hardy has held various roles in the finance and hospitality industries. In 2013, they worked as a Chalet Host for Ski Beat, where they received excellent customer feedback and built relationships with over 230 people. In 2015, they interned at Deutsche Bank. In 2016, they interned at NorthEdge Capital LLP, where they identified potential target businesses for further research and potential investment, of which 60% were actively taken to the next stage. Angus also worked on the equity buyout pitch of a gaming company and an introduction to a software firm, contributing to negotiations in preparation for the next stage of the decision process. In 2018, they co-founded Whiteout Ski Ltd and developed a tech solution to better service the $20bn ski holiday market. In 2019, they interned at Graphite Capital, covering all aspects of venture and private investments, and co-founded Holibob, an aggregator of activity and experience holiday suppliers.
Angus Hardy completed a Certificate in Business Accounting at CIMA in 2021. From 2014 to 2018, they attended the University of Glasgow, where they earned a degree in Economics and Psychology with a focus on Social Sciences. In 2016, they attended the University of Pennsylvania for a course in Financial Modelling. From 2006 to 2013, they attended Berkhamsted School, where they studied Economics, Maths, and Geography.
