Max Niederste-Ostholt is a Co-Founder and the CFO at Rally. Max has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Max has worked in Healthcare Investment Banking at Barclays, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers. Max also has experience in management consulting, having worked as an analyst at A.T. Kearney. Max has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Max Niederste-Ostholt has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU Stern School of Business, a BA from Williams College in Computer Science and Economics, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oxford in Economics and Computer Science.
