Holiday Club is reshaping how hiring works.
We help brands introduce roles with intention through culture-led hiring campaigns, employer brand strategy, storytelling, and community-led programming.

We work with brands, agencies and and organisations to reframe hiring as a moment of communication. Our approach blends role visibility, cultural insight, and editorial storytelling to ensure opportunities reach the right people, in the right way. From targeted hiring campaigns to strategic role launches, we support companies who care about attracting talent with clarity, context, and credibility. We’ve collaborated with creative agencies and production studios including RanaVerse, itv and North Six, supporting roles across brand, marketing, production, and strategy.

At the heart of Holiday Club is our commitment to emerging talent. Our Summer School was founded to support young creatives navigating the early stages of their careers. The programme combines practical workshops, mentorship, and exposure to real creative environments. It has been recognised by leading cultural platforms including Dazed, 10 Magazine, Hero and The Face naming the Summer School as a gateway into the creative industry, and has welcomed contributions and conversations with figures including Samuel Ross, IB Kamara, Amelia Dimoldenberg, and Sasha Keable.

Alongside this, our editorial output explores careers, creativity, and culture through a distinct point of view. Across our magazine, Substack, and digital platforms, we spotlight emerging voices alongside established cultural figures not as aspiration, but as continuity. Our storytelling sits at the intersection of work, culture, and identity, shaped by taste, curiosity, and lived experience.

Long term, Holiday Club exists to change how hiring is done moving it away from volume-driven systems and towards more considered, human, and culturally aware models.
