Jennifer Botimer is an experienced baker with a diverse background in pastry preparation and bakery operations. Currently employed as a third shift baker at Holiday Market in Royal Oak since September 2015, Jennifer specializes in crafting various baked goods from scratch, including scones, bars, and healthy options. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Morning Glory Coffee and Pastries as a baker and assistant pastry chef, where daily tasks included preparing cookies, muffins, and croissants. Jennifer has also gained experience as a baker at The Cupcake Station and Hepburns Crepe and Coffee, and served as a Student/Graduate Assistant at The Art Institute of Michigan. In addition to baking, Jennifer has a strong foundation in customer service and supervisory roles from a prior tenure at AmeraPlan, Inc. Jennifer holds a diploma in Baking and Pastry from The Art Institutes, complemented by foundational education from Villa Maria Academy.

What once started as a small neighborhood butcher shop and specialty store in 1954, grew each year, aisle by aisle, from our loyal customers requests. Started by Tom and Janet Violante, Holiday Market focuses on high quality products coupled with friendly neighborhood service. From a 2,500 square feet to now 60,000 square feet, we’ve always preserved our initial focus on quality and service. Over the years the Violante children, Tom Jr. and Gina Mangold, along with her husband Craig, have overseen the growth that has led Holiday Market to be voted one of the best markets in Metro Detroit, year after year.
