Carlo Speth's work experience begins in 2013 as a Juristisches Praktikum at Rechtsanwältin Margitta Jung. In 2014, they worked as a Praktikum at Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. Then, in 2015, they were a Research Associate at Wienberg Abogados. From 2016 onwards, Carlo joined HolidayPirates Group and held various positions including Content Marketing Manager DACH, Senior Content Marketing Manager DACH, Deputy Editor-in-Chief DACH, and Editor-in-Chief Markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). Their current role at HolidayPirates Group is Head of Markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), where they are fully responsible for the content, social, SEO, and CRM areas within the DACH business unit.

Carlo Speth began their education in 2010 at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where they pursued studies in Law until 2015. In 2015, they participated in the Erasmus program and studied abroad at the University of Valencia, focusing on Jurastudium, allgemein. Later, in 2017, Carlo enrolled at the University of Potsdam, where they completed an extra-occupational Bachelor of Laws degree.
