Konstantin Pasko

Konstantin Pasko currently serves as the Director of Engineering for the Guest Experience Department at Holidu, having progressed from Head of Engineering and Backend Team Lead roles since joining in July 2017. Konstantin has significantly contributed to the expansion of Holidu's tech organization, building a high-performing infrastructure team that increased personnel from 50 to 150 and improved IT cost efficiency by 30%. Prior experience includes roles at 360T as a Fullstack Software Developer, leading frontend architecture for a trading platform, and serving as a Senior/Lead Software Developer at Cinimex, managing full project cycles for clients such as Nordea Bank and Gazprombank. Konstantin's career began in software development with METEO-P, LLC, and Service Direct, following a Master's degree in Informatics and Control Systems from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
