Lena Pasedag

Lena Pasedag is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and people operations. Since May 2020, Lena has held various senior leadership roles at Holidu, currently serving as Senior HR Manager - Talent Management. Prior to this, Lena worked at Zava as a Talent Coordinator and at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Working Student in the Recruiting Department. Earlier career experiences include roles at CEDON and an internship at lingoking GmbH focused on recruitment and language service provider management. Lena holds a Master of Arts in English Studies from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Studies from Universität Salzburg, complemented by study at the University of Liverpool.
