Vicky De Groof is a Principal Process Development Engineer at Holiferm and currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer. Previously, Vicky was a Shott Scale Up Accelerator Awardee at the Royal Academy of Engineering. Vicky has a background in Chemical Engineering, with a Ph.D. from the University of Bath and experience in research, teaching, and collaborating on various projects in sustainable chemical technologies. Vicky has also pursued executive education in organizational leadership and finance & accounting at reputable institutions.
