Julien Finet is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant with a strong background in quality management and food safety. As a co-founder of Holifresh SA, Julien focuses on digitizing temperature logging and PMS/HACCP procedures for various sectors including restaurants and healthcare. Additional co-founding roles include Lumos - Centre paramédical and Live Diffusion, a production office for artistic projects.
