Most businesses don't have a strategy problem. They have a clarity problem — and they try to solve it by skipping straight to execution.

Holistic Consulting Technologies exists for the moment before the roadmap. We work with founders, leadership teams, and mission-driven organizations to surface what they actually believe, build strategy from that foundation, and ship real technology before the engagement ends.

Our flagship framework, Vision to Matter, guides clients through 9 phases from identity to execution — Know Self, Why, Ethos, North Star, Ecosystem, Products, Fund, Launch, and Legacy Cycle. Every engagement ends with a live strategy dashboard built from your words, often delivered the same day the work happens.

We don't hand you a deck and leave. We facilitate, synthesize, build, and activate, inside one integrated process.

What we do:

Vision to Matter consulting (individual, cohort, and team formats)
AI strategy, audits, and training for teams
Custom AI engineering and agentic automation
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Rapid prototyping and product delivery

Who we work with:

Entrepreneurs and founders navigating a transition. Leadership teams that need shared direction before they spend on execution. Organizations ready to operationalize AI but not sure where to start.

Chris and Taylor run every engagement — no junior handoffs, no outsourcing. Enterprise delivery discipline at small-business speed.

Headquartered in Mooresville, NC. Serving Charlotte, Davidson, Lake Norman, and beyond.
