Robby Saady

Robby Saady is the SVP of Corporate Development & Partnerships at Holistic Industries.

Robby has over 13 years of experience in financial analysis and corporate development. Robby began their career as a Fellow in Economic Development with the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Robby then worked as a Summer Analyst with BB&T Capital Markets in Investment Banking and M&A. After that, they interned with S&P Global in Financial Analysis.

In 2010, Robby began working for Sony Music Entertainment as a Financial Analyst. Robby then transitioned to Red Light Management, where they spent 8 years as the Corporate Development Lead. While at Red Light Management, Robby negotiated and closed over 50 domestic and international business deals, totaling over $1B in value.

Most recently, Robby has been a Board Member for The Emerald Cup, the longest running cannabis celebration and contest in the United States.

Robby Saady is a highly accomplished financial analyst and corporate development executive with over 13 years of experience. Robby has a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals, totaling over $1B in value. Robby is currently the SVP of Corporate Development & Partnerships at Holistic Industries.

Robby Saady has a BBA from James Madison University and a Master's in City Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Robby Saady reports to Josh Genderson, CEO & Founder. They work with Kyle Barich - CMO, Steve Harrell - VP, Retail Operations, and Amanda Hargreaves - Chief People Officer.
