Taiye Lambo has a diverse work experience in the cybersecurity field. Taiye is the Founder of the Holistic Information Security Practitioner Institute (HISPI), an independent training and certification organization. Taiye is also the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of CloudeAssurance, Inc., a software company focused on risk management and compliance. Additionally, they are a Co-Founder of eFortresses, Inc., a cybersecurity and GRC solutions company.
Furthermore, Taiye Lambo has held several leadership positions, including as the Founding Atlanta Chapter President of Cyversity, a Director of Cyber Security Strategy & Continuous Improvement at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Deputy CIO for the City of Atlanta. Taiye has also served as the Director of Information Security at Harland Clarke and has co-founded CyberCops Europe and the UK Chapter of The Honeynet Project.
Taiye Lambo received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, which they attended from 1987 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of East London, which they completed from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including CISM from ISACA in 2011, ISO 27001 Auditor from BSI in 2008, HISP from Holistic Information Security Practitioner Institute (HISPI) in 2006, CISA from ISACA in 2004, and CISSP from (ISC)² in 2001.
