Pavlos Polydoras

Pavlos Polydoras is an accomplished Lead Data & AI Architect at Holisticon Poland since October 2025, specializing in designing and leading agentic data and AI platforms to transform business needs into production-ready solutions. Prior to this role, Pavlos served as VP of Engineering & General Manager at RAW Labs from July 2021 to November 2025, overseeing innovative approaches to managing Big Data. As CTO at Palowise from January 2019 to June 2021, Pavlos contributed to the development of a news aggregation platform for multiple countries. Previous experiences include Senior Software Architect positions at Benefits Science and UBITECH, as well as software development roles with the Hellenic Army and the University of Athens. Pavlos holds an MSc in Information Technology and a BSc in Computer Science from the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
