Joseph Erickson

Joseph Erickson has over 15 years of work experience, starting with working as a Technology Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate at Circuit City in 2006. Joseph then worked as a Customer Service Specialist in the Technology Department at Office Depot from 2009 to 2012. After that, they worked at Mural as a Small Business Technical Consultant and savvisdirect Program Trainer from 2012 to 2013. Joseph then moved to Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2013 and worked as an IT Infrastructure Solutions Analyst, Technical Specialist, and Customer Engineer until 2017. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at Alchemy Systems as a System Administrator and later as a Senior System Administrator/DevOps Engineer. Currently, they work at Holistiplan as a Cloud Engineer, starting from 2023.

Joseph Erickson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems & Operations Management from the University of Arizona, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Joseph has also obtained two additional certifications - the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022 and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon in January 2020.
