HCG (Holladay Construction Group, LLC) is a general contracting, construction management and design/build firm working across the country with multiple offices in the Midwest. We have a dedicated team of project managers, LEED® certified construction managers, construction superintendents, accounting staff, and administrative staff on hand to ensure a project’s success.

We pride ourselves on creating solutions and building relationships for some of the biggest names in the country.

HCG has completed thousands of projects, valuing our portfolio at over $1.2 billion. Our low overhead and ability to manage and coordinate the general construction process ensures that our team can provide the most efficient and economical construction packages in the industry.

We offer construction services to all businesses, regardless of the size, scope, or nature of the project for buildings of all types, including:

- Office
- Industrial
- Aviation
- Sports & Recreation
- Retail
- Hospitality
- Medical & Senior Care
- Religious Facilities
- Education Centers
- Student Housing & Multi-Family Residential

HCG offers multiple contracting methods for our many services, including Competitive Bid, Construction Manager at Risk, and Design/Build. In most cases, HCG functions as a Construction Manager at Risk and we have developed several different contracting methods to fit the needs of our customers. In most cases, the projects are completed on a Cost Plus Basis with a Savings Clause which favors the client. Approximately 90% of our projects are Design/Build which allows us to work with the Architect and Owner to offer Value Engineering Ideas that can make the project as efficient and cost effective as possible, without compromising the quality or integrity of the design.

Let us focus on construction, so you can focus on your business!
