John Phair

John Phair has been with Holladay since 1978 and acquired controlling interest of the Holladay Properties Midwest operations in 1999. In 2020, John stepped out of the CEO role and became Chairman and Chief Development Office for the company. In his new role, he is responsible for overseeing all new real estate development activity. John is also Chairman of Holladay Construction Group, a third party construction firm consistently building over $50 million dollars a year.
