Manette Tepe

Manette Tepe joined Holladay Properties in 1996, after spending six years in a traditional architectural firm. During her time with Holladay, she has overseen the construction of numerous build-to-suits, hotel joint ventures, conventional offices, retail establishments and industrial developments. Her current focus within the company is leading the Mid-Atlantic offices on new and existing developments.
