Evan Holladay is the President and CEO of Holladay Ventures, a company that focuses on creating quality affordable housing opportunities for residents and long-term wealth for investors. Prior to this role, Evan served as Development Director at LDG Development, LLC, specializing in multi-family affordable housing deals. Evan also has experience in energy management services at Schneider Electric, sustainability coordination at the University of Louisville, and development assistance at Marian. Additionally, Evan worked as the Director of Resident Life at Cardinal Towne and as a REACH Ambassador at REACH UofL, mentoring first-year students. Evan holds a B.S. in Economics, Entrepreneurship, and International Business from the University of Louisville.
