Brendan Vierra

Brendan Vierra has extensive experience in human resources and hospitality services, primarily with Holland America Line since December 1997, where current responsibilities include consulting in HR and hospitality. Vierra previously held roles as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Guest Programs, overseeing areas such as the Call Center, Air Sea operations, and guest relations. Additionally, Vierra served as Director of Reservations, managing the Reservations Call Center and Group Department. Prior experience includes a tenure from 2011 to February 2015 as Vice President of Human Resources at Holland America Line and Seabourn Cruises, responsible for HR for 17,000 employees. Vierra's career began at Cunard Line, where roles included Staff Vice President of Reservations. Educational qualifications were obtained at Chaminade University of Honolulu from 1967 to 1970.
