Chris Cook

Chris Cook is an experienced naturalist, expedition leader, and image maker, currently working with Chris Cook Naturalist since January 2021, where wilderness-inspired presentations are delivered. With roles at Holland America Line since March 2018, including the implementation of the EXC zodiac program, and at National Geographic & Lindblad Expeditions since May 2015, Chris connects people with the natural world through various mediums. As the Australian Production Coordinator for the National Geographic Photo Ark since October 2017, responsibilities include researching and coordinating the capture of unique Australian animal species. Other notable positions include leadership roles at Coral Princess Cruises and Wild Whales Vancouver, along with experience in documentary production, marine biology, and television hosting. Chris holds multiple degrees and certifications, including an Honours in Creative Arts from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Sciences from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
