Daniel Materassi

Daniel Materassi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Daniel started their career at McKinsey & Company in 2003 as a Business Analyst and later became an Associate before leaving in 2007. In 2006, they worked as a Summer Associate at JPMorgan Chase. Upon returning to McKinsey & Company in 2007, Daniel worked as an Engagement Manager until 2012.

In 2012, Daniel joined Carnival Cruise Line where they held various positions, including Director, Vice President of Spa and Photo Operations, Vice President of Casino, and SVP of Marketing Operations & Casino. In 2020, they became the SVP of Guest Commerce and Technology before transitioning to their current role as SVP of Guest Commerce at Holland America Line in 2023.

Daniel Materassi obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar in the years 1997 to 2002. Daniel then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2005 to 2007.
