Jarrod Bain

Jarrod Bain, CPA, currently serves as the SOX Manager in Risk Advisory and Assurance Services at Holland America Line since April 2023. Prior to this role, Bain held various positions at Envestnet, Inc., including Director of Finance Shared Services and SOX Manager from April 2020 to January 2023. Jarrod Bain also worked as an Independent Consultant from April 2019 to March 2020, focusing on financial services for LifePoint Health and naviHealth. In 2018, Bain achieved the personal milestone of thru-hiking the entire 2,650-mile Pacific Crest Trail. From September 2013 to April 2018, Bain served as Manager of Audit Services at LifePoint Health, overseeing audit engagements and communicating findings to financial executives. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Staff Accountant at Crowe Horwath LLP from January 2010 to September 2013, executing audits for various clients across multiple industries. Jarrod Bain holds an MBA from Tennessee Technological University and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Austin Peay State University.
