Joy Lee

Joy Lee is an accomplished dining and beverage operations manager with extensive experience in hospitality management. Currently serving at Holland America Line since April 2023, Joy has previously held roles such as Community Manager at WeWork and Director of Outlets at Grand Hyatt at SFO. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Director of Outlets at Grand Hyatt Denver and Assistant Specialty Restaurant Manager at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. Joy started a career in food and beverage management with Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Joy holds a Bachelor's of Professional Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts Management and an Associate's of Occupational Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
