Tanya Morell has a diverse range of work experience in the marketing field. Tanya started their career as a Direct Marketing Specialist at Holland America Line in 2005 and quickly progressed to roles such as Sr. Product Manager, Director of Loyalty Marketing, and Senior Director of CRM & Consumer Insights. Tanya then moved to the role of Senior Director of Global Digital Marketing, where they were responsible for driving digital strategies across multiple markets. Tanya later took on the role of Senior Director of Product Marketing and Interim Head of Marketing. Tanya'smost recent position at Holland America Line is Vice President of Integrated Marketing, where they oversee a team and leads the development and implementation of marketing plans. Prior to their time at Holland America Line, Tanya worked at DDB as an Account Manager/Sr. Account Executive, where they managed key accounts and delivered successful marketing campaigns. Tanya also gained experience as an Account Executive at Bozell. Tanya has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic marketing skills throughout their career.
Tanya Morell completed an Executive Development Program at the University of Washington in 2018. Prior to that, they studied Marketing and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
