Pakizah Kozak is an experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in the healthcare and information management sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, Pakizah has also worked at organizations such as The Hospital for Sick Children, Town of Richmond Hill, and CAMH. With a strong educational background including an MBA in Health Services Management from DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University and an Hons B.Sc. in Biochemistry from McMaster University, Pakizah continues to contribute to the industry as a Member of the Board of Directors at Child Development Institute.
