Joel Davenport

Joel Davenport, P.E. currently serves as the Operations Director at Holland Board of Public Works since June 2008. Prior to this position, Joel was the Water Reclamation Facility Superintendent and a Planning Engineer at the same organization. With their background as a Project Manager at OMM Engineering, Joel has a strong foundation in managing infrastructure improvement projects with a focus on water and wastewater systems. Educated at Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Joel is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Louisiana Tech University.
