Holland Board of Public Works
Neil Besteman is currently a GIS Specialist at the Holland Board of Public Works. Prior to this, Neil worked as a GIS Specialist II at Allegan County Government. With a background in landscape construction and heavy equipment operation, Neil has extensive experience in managing geospatial data, developing information systems, and leading various teams in different industries. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography with an emphasis in Geographic Methods and a minor in Microcomputer Systems from Grand Valley State University.
