Phil Leerar

Phil Leerar has a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in both project management and teaching engineering subjects. Throughout their career, Phil has worked for various companies and organizations, including Holland Board of Public Works, Amway, and HNTB. Phil's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Civil Engineering. Prior to their current role as Lead Planning Engineer, Phil also served as an Adjunct Professor at Calvin College, where Phil taught Graphic Communication to engineering students. In addition, Phil has extensive experience in designing transportation projects for clients such as IDOT and the City of Chicago Aviation Department.
