Chris Myers

Chris Myers is a Partner and Investment Management Attorney at Holland & Hart LLP, specializing in representing institutional investors and public universities in fund investments and commercialization of intellectual property. In addition to this role, Chris serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Rebel Venture Fund, a student-led venture capital fund at UNLV. Previous experience includes working as a Business and Finance Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP, Corporations Counsel at the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, and Securities Examiner for the State of Nevada. Chris began a career in finance and legal through various positions, including a legal internship at PCG Holdings and an externship with FINRA. Chris holds an LLM in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of California, Los Angeles, a JD from California Western School of Law, and a BA from the University of Southern California.
