Craig Beaker

Craig Beaker is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property, particularly trademarks. Currently serving as a Partner and Firmwide Chair of the Trademark Group at Holland & Hart LLP since January 2022, Craig focuses on providing strategic counsel to brand owners both locally and internationally. Prior experience includes partnership roles at Perkins Coie LLP, where Craig developed global trademark procurement strategies, and extensive work at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP and Norvell IP LLC, concentrating on various aspects of trademark law. Craig's earlier experience also includes judicial clerkships and externships with prominent judges and legal institutions. Craig holds a JD, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago and a BA, cum laude, in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs and Latin American Studies from Miami University.
