Lucas Foletta is a Partner at Holland & Hart LLP, specializing in representing industrial and commercial energy consumers in proceedings before the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada. With prior experience as a Partner at McDonald Carano Wilson LLP and serving in significant legal roles such as General Counsel for the Office of the Governor of Nevada and Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Nevada, Lucas brings a wealth of knowledge and advocacy skills to critical legal issues.
