William Colgin

William Colgin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax litigation and controversy. Since January 2019, William has served as a Partner at Holland & Hart LLP. Prior to this role, William was a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from May 2006 to January 2019, and held the position of Tax Litigation and Controversy Partner and Associate at Fenwick and West from October 1996 to May 2006. William’s career began at the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division, where William worked as a Tax Litigation Trial Attorney from October 1992 to October 1996. William holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver School of Law, a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Wyoming, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, also from the University of Wyoming.
