Esther Kersten

Esther Kersten is the Founder and CEO of ImpactX, leading initiatives to establish Brainport as the global hub for high-tech sustainability. Esther's extensive experience includes roles as a Board Member for TKI HTSM and a member of the Topteam HTSM at Holland High Tech, as well as advisory positions at Fontys Hogeschool's Center of Expertise for Sustainability & Circularity Transitions. Previously, Esther served as Global Sustainability Officer at Vanderlande, where responsibilities included global sustainability program management and strategic development. Additional roles include CSR Officer at Glocal Discovery and Senior Sustainability Incubator at ICSE. Esther holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Tilburg University and has contributed to significant sustainability projects throughout a diverse career in various organizations.
