Maarten Tossings

Maarten Tossings currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at TNO since March 2019 and holds several key positions including Board Member at Holland High Tech, Chair of the Taskforce on Digital Economy for the Economic Board Zuid-Holland, Board Member of NIDV, and Board Member of Maritiem Kennis Centrum. Additionally, Maarten served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at VSL National Metrology Institute and Board Member at dcypher until December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Director of Operations and other senior roles at the Ministry of Defence from August 2010 to March 2019, and a leadership position at NATO in late 2009. Maarten's educational background encompasses degrees and training from prestigious institutions such as Erasmus University Rotterdam, Cranfield University, and the Royal Netherlands Naval College.
