Susan Vogel-Vanderson

Susan Vogel-Vanderson is the current Director at Holland Home. Susan has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on compliance and privacy.

Susan started their career at Fifth Third Bank, where they held various positions in the Personal Trust and Family Wealth Advisor divisions. In 2012, they were promoted to Senior Family Wealth Advisor and Fiduciary Executive. In this role, Susan was responsible for providing fiduciary and investment advice to clients, as well as overseeing the management of trust accounts.

In 2014, Susan was promoted to Regional Director, Personal Trust. In this role, they oversaw the operations of the Personal Trust division in five states.

In 2018, Susan left Fifth Third Bank to join Meijer as Director of Compliance & Privacy. In this role, they were responsible for leading the design, implementation and maintenance of the company's enterprise compliance and privacy programs. Susan also worked closely with the designated Accountable Compliance Officers across every business and function of the company to ensure that regulatory requirements were met and team members were trained on those requirements.

In October 2019, Susan joined Holland Home as Director. In this role, they are responsible for leading the organization's compliance and privacy efforts.
