Bart-Jan van Burgel

Bart-Jan van Burgel is an experienced project manager currently employed at Holland Innovative since May 2021, where responsibilities include project and program management, consultancy, and product and process development for clients such as ASML and VDL. Previously, Bart-Jan served as a Senior Innovation Specialist at Boskalis Subsea, focusing on developing offshore construction technologies and implementing process improvements. Bart-Jan's earlier roles at Royal IHC included product management and concept design engineering for the offshore wind industry, achieving significant cost reductions and increased sales. Bart-Jan's career began at Philips Lighting, where expertise in Lean Six Sigma led to considerable enhancements in production efficiency.
