Miguel Celdran has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and production industry, holding various leadership roles. Current positions at Holland, L.P. since June 2012 include Production Manager, Continuous Improvement Engineer, and Plant Manager. Previously, Miguel served as Plant Manager at LB Foster Automation from December 2010 to June 2012. Prior experience also includes roles as Operations Supervisor and Production Line Leader at Portec Rail Products from August 2001 to December 2010, as well as Production Line Supervisor at ACF Industries, LLC from December 1998 to March 2001. Early career experience at Portec Rail Products involved working as a Production Operator from May 1990 to December 1998. Miguel is an alumnus of Ashland Community College.
