Rania S. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to present. Rania started their career as a National Account Specialist at Visual Comfort & Co. before becoming a Buyer for five years, responsible for purchasing raw materials and electrical components for decorative lighting fixtures. Rania then progressed to the role of Senior Buyer, where they led categories, negotiated pricing, managed sourcing projects, and addressed delivery issues. After working at Visual Comfort & Co. for 14 years, they joined Signode as a Buyer III. Following their time at Signode, they worked as a Strategic Sourcing Commodity Manager at CNH Industrial. Currently, they hold the position of Sourcing Lead at Holland, L.P.
