Jos Jennissen

Jos Jennissen's work experience begins in 1994 when they worked as a Commercial Assistant for Remo Zaandam C.V. In this role, they were responsible for order lead times, Never Out of Stock articles, advertisement contents, and general commercial assistance.

In 1996, they joined Andira Netherlands B.V. as a Trader. Jos held this position until 2000 when they transitioned to become the Plant Manager for Andira Indonesia B.V. There, they were in charge of general plant management, procurement, quality control, and exports of raw green coffee beans for the roasting industry.

Jos returned to Andira Netherlands B.V. in 2000 as a Trader and worked in this role until 2004. Jos then joined CereX B.V. in 2010 as a Commercial Manager, responsible for sales of natural grain extracts and also served as an Advisor to the Board.

In 2004, Jos joined Holland Malt B.V., where they held multiple positions. Jos started as an Export Manager, responsible for malt sales of Eemshaven maltings. Then, they became the Commercial Manager, in charge of the procurement of malting barley and sales of malt. Jos later became the Commercial Director and eventually the Managing Director/Algemeen Directeur. Holland Malt B.V. is a subsidiary of Bavaria N.V. and the Agrifirm Group.

Jos's most recent position is as the CEO of Holland Malt since July 2018. Throughout their career, they have held various management and executive roles, and has proven expertise in sales, management, and international trading within the food and beverage industry.

Jos Jennissen attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management, Law, Economics, and Commercial Economics. In 2012, they also briefly attended INSEAD, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.
