Thomas Vossman

Thomas Vossman is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Holland Pump Company since October 2019, Vossman also co-founded Racing For Cancer, Inc. in May 2010, a charity that supports cancer initiatives through motorsports. Previously, Vossman held significant positions including President & CEO at Newterra, President of the Infrastructure Solutions division at Aegion Corporation, and Chief Operating Officer at Insituform Technologies, where Thomas successfully managed large-scale operations. Vossman’s early career includes notable roles at Encompass Services Corporation and Strategic Materials, Inc., as well as military leadership as a Captain in the US Army Corps of Engineers. Vossman earned a Master of Science in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research/Systems Analysis from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating at the top of the class at Ranger School.
